french girl aesthetic
I love for my outfits to always have an eye catching color. Something that stand out amidst the dark colors around me, something that exudes confidence and style without appearing overdone. I love pairing brighter and more vivid colors with darker more subtle colors. This edge can turn your outfit more relaxed and casual without sacrificing any style. I began this look by wearing a white oxford button up underneath my striped pullover from H&M. By doing this , I was able to add a white collar and subtly hint bit of a feminine edge. Next up, I paired my top with a pair of pleated navy blue pants from H&M. Not only are these soft, they're also very flexible and are perfect if you wish to make a powerful and professional statement. The navy blue color is very versatile and matches best with red and white tones. In addition to my pants, are my accessories. Both my flower purse and pom pom charms are from a small hole in the wall shop in Paris. There is, however, many items that appear similar or exactly the same to these accessories. You'd most likely be able to find them at your local Forever 21, Zara, and H&M for a reasonable price . What I love about these accessories , or more specifically my Pom Pom charms, is that the colors match perfectly with my outfit and give an overall view of my color palette. Its a perfect compliment to my look. Furthermore, my light coat is my favorite piece in this look because it pulls all the outfit together and finishes it off perfectly. The polka dot interior, the 3/4 length sleeves, and the feminine cut makes this piece unique and elegant. I purchased this coat at Twin Set in Barcelona, however there are many similar 3/4 length coats at would look just as fabulous. It's a ideal piece for a stroll in the park to a night out on the town. It's perfect! Lastly, to finish off the look, I added in my my lovely loafers from Aldo. These loafers are not only comfortable, but stylish. I wear these shoes just about everyday and they haven't worn in any way, shape, or form. They're well made with an subtle yet sophisticated golden strip running across the sides of it. When it's sunny and the golden strip reflects against the sun, it appears almost as if I'm wearing Cinderella's golden slipper. How magical :)
